Owned and founded by Frank Russo, alongside his three children—Michael, Andrew, and Taylor—Ink Couture is truly a family-built business. Andrew and Taylor are now resident artists, while Michael oversees the shop’s day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The moment you step inside, you'll notice a Moto-Guzzi motorcycle—one of only 400 ever made—displayed proudly, symbolizing the uniqueness that defines Ink Couture. At Ink Couture NYC, we’ve handpicked some of the finest tattoo artists from around the country. Our team brings an incredible range of talent, ready to create your next masterpiece. Whether you’re looking for a portrait, black and grey realism, fine line work, or something entirely custom, we will match you with the artist whose skills are perfectly suited to your vision. No assembly-line tattoos here—each client receives personalized care and attention.

Once you’ve been paired with the right artist, you’ll relax in our chic, open space, sitting comfortably in a sleek black leather chair. Our environment is fresh, clean, and designed to make your tattoo experience as enjoyable as possible. For those who prefer privacy, we offer a private closed off VIP room ! We also offer complimentary water, coffee, and espresso!

I came to ink couture today to be pierced and what an amazing experience from filling out the paperwork to being taken to be pierced and checking out. The man that pierced me was so nice and informative and everything was so clean. I felt so comfortable even though I was a little nervous it was gonna hurt! If you’re looking to be pierced at a place that cares please go check this place out !!!! I will deff be returning here if I get anymore piercings. Tattoos I already come here and there isn’t any other shop that can compare to the artist they have! Thank you ink couture (:

My piercer was Seven and Tatto Artist was Jorge. Jorge made my wildest tattoo dream come true! Both were AMAZING! They made me comfortable. Both arsists were pleasant, there was zero awkward moments through the process and Ink Couture will be the only place I am coming back to. Cant wait!

One of the most professional and informative tattoo shops I’ve gone to. Extremely clean! Every worker was extremely down to earth and friendly , any questions or concerns are answered or pointed out . All of the artist work is one of a kind!!!
