Born and raised in Staten Island, Taylor Russo is one half of Ink Couture’s dynamic duo of twin artists! After graduating from Our Lady Star of the Sea Elementary School and Tottenville High School, Taylor was inspired by her twin brother Andrew’s journey into the tattoo world. She immediately asked him to take her under his wing, leading to a vigorous apprenticeship that honed her skills.
